Arai RX-7V Helmet Racing White. This is the first Arai helmet with FRHPhe-01 homologation. This new FIM standard, mandatory in Moto GP and Superbikes, stands out for its high level of rigorousness without equal in terms of safety. As it couldn’t be any another way, Arai has equipped this helmet with the technology and features found in the RX-7V. With the R75 Shape concept which consists in offering a more resistant, rounder and smoother outer shell (outer structure). It incorporates a rear spoiler to improve aerodynamic performance and high-speed stability.

Technical Features

Outer Shell
Made of PB SNC2, a combination of Super Fibre and special synthetic fibres of great resistance and flexibility put together by Arai's experts. The use of this new resin affords greater resistance to the shell reducing its weight. It has different exterior sizes to fit the physique of each rider.

Ventilation System
With rigid and large diffusers in the top area that work together with the rear Air Wing to improve stability. The ventilation mechanism now offers the possibility of regulating it in 3 positions; open, ajar and closed, improving the seal, thus reducing the noise inside the helmet.

The air inlet is on the central upper part and provides 11% more ventilation compared to the previous model and a new, larger open/close mechanism facilitates its operation. The internal ducts ensure a cool environment inside the helmet and the side and rear air outlets permit the removal of hot air from inside the helmet. Incorporating a chin guard that avoids turbulence inside the helmet.

Aerodynamics
The rear spoiler has been designed to maintain the continuous line of the suit’s aerodynamic hump. It has been developed so that it breaks off in case of impact and thus offering minimum resistance to possible impacts.

The Air Wing offers a high-efficiency aerodynamics and stabilizes your helmet at high speeds. It also improves stability when braking suddenly and reduces noise.

Interior
The inner padding is fully removable and washable. They are antibacterial, of soft touch and very comfortable. The inner padding has been designed with the FCS system (Facial Contour System) for superb adaptability. With a specific space to mount intercom speakers.

The interior allows for a custom fit thanks to the 'Peel Away' system, some removable pads, 5mm thick, located in the area of the temples and the crown.

Screen
The new Arai RX-7V-Racing helmet incorporates a 2D screen that offers excellent visibility at high speeds. With brackets for Tear-Off. It has also incorporated a new screen locking mechanism that prevents it from opening accidentally.

Closure
The closure system of the RX-7V is the double buckle.

In nur kurzer Zeit wurde das Modell Chaser zu einem der erfolgreichsten Arai Modelle aller Zeiten. Die universelle und extrem komfortable Passform, verbunden mit innovativer Technik und tollen Design features haben den Chaser zur bevorzugten Wahl vieler Motorradfahrer werden lassen.

Wir bei Arai bleiben aber nicht stehen, sondern streben immer nach weiteren Verbesserungen. Das Ergebnis dieses Strebens ist das brandneue Chaser-V Modell. Vorsichtig aber gezielt wurde der bewährte Chaser in fast jedem Detail verändert und nochmals verbessert. Ein Prozess der Evolution anstatt Revolution um den Erfolg des Chaser Modells fortzuführen.

Was ist neu am Chaser-V? Zunächst einmal die Verwendung des neuen, größeren SAI Visiers um das Sichtfeld des Fahrers zu erweitern. Dies bedeutet mehr Sicherheit und Komfort. Ein Mehr an Komfort bedeutet auch das nochmals deutlich verbesserte Belüftungssystem. Bei der Gestaltung des nun ebenfalls wechselbaren Kopfpolsters (Interior) spielte wieder der Gedanke des größtmöglichen Komforts eine große Rolle. So wurden zum Beispiel die Befestigungspunkte des Polsters an die Seiten verlegt um keine Druckpunkte im Stirnbereich zu erzeugen. Insgesamt wurde das Innenpolster komplett neu gestaltet, für einen straffen aber gleichzeitig äußerst komfortablen Sitz des Helmes.

Der neue Chaser X verfügt über ein neues Ventilationssystem, welches exklusive bei diesem Modell verbaut wird. Er ist leicht durch sein großes, markantes Frontbelüftungselement zu erkennen. Das aerodynamisch neu gestaltetes Design des „Front ducts“ ist verantwortlich für eine großzügige Lufteinströmung die durch den hinteren „Diffuser“ mit zwei großen Auslässen unterstützt wird. Um warme, verbrauchte Atemluft bestmöglich aus dem Helm zu bekommen, verwenden wir bei dem Chaser X zwei seitlich montierte kleine Abluftabdeckungen.
